Cacao Cucina® Bean-to-Bar Chocolate System
Cacao Cucina® is a registered trademark of Bottom Line Process Technologies, Inc. Our unique, turnkey system for bean-to-bar artisan chocolate is marketed under this brand name. BLT is the designer and fabricator of Cacao Cucina® equipment.
The line includes a roaster, three winnower models, a nib grinder, three refiner models, a sifter, and two tempering machine models. Additional equipment includes a butter press, as well as a cocoa bean cleaning and sorting system.
The system is designed for the production of approximately 200 – 2,000 pounds + of high quality artisan chocolate. All machines conform to FDA guidelines for food processing equipment, and can be completely cleaned and sanitized if required.
