Bottom Line Process Technologies, Inc. (BLT), was incorporated in Indiana in 1993.  Originally, BLT provided consulting, contract engineering, product development, and process development services to the food industry.  The equipment line of the business began in 1999, and developed from machines designed and built in-house to support contract product development projects.  BLT relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2005, and five years later introduced the Cacao Cucina® brand of bean-to-bar chocolate process equipment.

Today, BLT continues its legacy of supplying small scale process equipment solutions to companies and individuals around the world.
